Dumpster Rental Terms
These are the terms on every Baytown Dumpster Rental order, in plain English. They cover weight, extra days, fees, access and billing, so nothing on your final invoice is a surprise.
What terms apply to every rental?
Every rental includes 7 days and a set number of tons by size. Extra weight is $75 per ton by the exact pound, extra days are $25, and the invoice with the scale ticket arrives 3 to 5 business days after pickup.

Weight over that is $75 per ton, pro-rated by the exact pound. Example: a 20-yard load at 3.20 tons is 0.20 tons over, so $15.00. |
| Proof of weight | Weight comes from the official digital scale ticket at the disposal facility. A copy of the certified ticket is attached to your final invoice. |
| Final billing timeline | The final invoice, including any overage, extra days or item fees, is emailed 3 to 5 business days after pickup, once the facility processes the disposal log. |
| Extra-fee and prohibited items | Freon appliances (fridges, freezers, AC units), mattresses and tires are $50 each. Hazardous chemicals, wet paint and batteries are prohibited. |
| Overfill | Debris must stay level with the top rim. Texas transport rules don't allow an overloaded container on the road. If a bin is overfilled, the $125 dry-run fee applies and the renter removes the excess before it can be hauled. |
| Heavy debris | Concrete, dirt, brick and sand are allowed only in the 10 and 15-yard sizes, loaded no more than halfway up the walls. Clean, unmixed loads qualify for clean-fill pricing. |
| Placement and access | The renter chooses the spot and keeps it clear. If the driver can't drop or pick up because of parked cars, low wires or locked gates, a $125 dry-run fee applies. |
| Property protection | Drivers place wooden boards under the rails and rollers to prevent cracks and scratches on concrete and asphalt. |
| Swaps | A swap removes a full dumpster and drops an empty one. Each swap is billed as a new standard flat-rate rental. |
| Delivery scheduling | Deliveries run 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders booked by 3:00 PM are delivered the next day. Same-day requests carry a $50 rush fee and depend on truck availability. The driver texts or calls 20–30 minutes before arrival. |
| Permits | Street, curb or sidewalk placement may need approval from your city. Ask about your city's rule when you book. |
How do you question a charge?
Question any charge by calling (281) 673-4344 with your invoice in hand. The scale ticket attached to your invoice shows the gross, tare and net weight, so the overage math can be checked line by line.
